Home Modification
Home modification services may include changes to the layout, structure or fittings of the client’s (participant) home that are required to allow the client to have safe access and move around frequently used areas in their home as a result of their disability.
Therapeutic Support
Therapeutic supports aim to enable the participant to gain skills and improve independence related to identified needs in areas such as language and communication, personal care, mobility and movement, interpersonal interactions, community living to support positive changes in the person's functioning, development and well-being. These services are delivered by our professional allied health specialists.
Vision Equipment
Ability Care Services is registered to assist clients in getting various vision aids and equipment.

Assistive Equipment Recreation
This supporting service includes; aids and equipment to assist participants in undertaking competitive and non-competitive sports and other recreational and leisure pursuits.
Community Nursing Care
Provision of nursing care to promote physical well-being including preventive monitoring of ongoing conditions and provision of direct treatments not able to be undertaken by the person as a result of their disability.
Personal Training / Exercise Physiology
Provision of support to promote and encourage physical well-being include exercise and physical activities and healthy diets.
Vehicle Modification
Modifications or installation of equipment in a vehicle to enable a participant to travel safely as a passenger or to drive.
Accomodation / Tenancy
Individual support packages including accommodation and tenancy assistance.
Interpret / Translate
We can help participants from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds with different language interpreting assistance.
Household Tasks
We can assist our participants with various household tasks.
Assistive Products for House-hold Tasks
Ability Care Services can provide the participants with various comfortable and specialised aids and equipment to help participants to perform tasks that they would otherwise be unable to do.
Travel and Transport Assistance
Transport supports include supports that enable participant’s to build capacity to independently travel, including through personal transport-related aids and equipment, or training to use public transport. Transport supports may also include necessary costs of taxis or other private transport options for participants who are not able to travel independently.
